OR onsite support (depending on the severity of the problem). Every time you use our support we 
make a log of the duration, this is then deducted from your freedom vouchers. 

Freedom vouchers gives rapid response time, will provide loan service when required (when 
equipment cannot be repaired on site), and can cost as little as £1.00 a day.
